Dental Lab Model Technician
We are looking to hire a team player that is excited about using their hands for a detail oriented work. You should be interested in learning, be reliable and be punctual in order to work in our fast paced model room.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Pouring models for over 50 cases a day
- Trimming models
- Die trims as needed
- Keeping track of dates and caseloads
- Identifying and addressing issues before pans leave model room
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and check cases out
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Maintaining a clean work station
Starting Pay:
$15.00 per hour with no experience, increases based on level of experience. $250 sign on bonus.
Qualifications and Skills
High school degree or equivalent (Preferred)
1 year or more of dental lab model room work (Preferred)
CAD / CAM Technician
Required Experience, specific requirements and responsibilities
Minimum experience: 4 years in a Dental CAD/CAM laboratory
CAD / CAM designer Experience with 3shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software Experience with 5 Axis Milling units CDT degree preferred (not required)
Job Description:
- Scan and design work orders according to prescription requests, using CAD /CAM technology.
- Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
- Scan, design, and fabricate dental prosthesis using CAD / CAM software and technology
- The ability to ensure the accurate and on time manufacture of prosthetics to a patient-driven schedule
Senior Ceramist
You will follow dentists’ detailed written instructions to create fixed restorations that are both attractive and functional. These restorations include crowns, bridges and veneers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Team player who:
- understands multi-shade, layering, loading, and shaping restorations
- able to perform custom shades
- utilizes handpieces to perform finishing on all restorations
- assists with other duties in restoration production as needed
Qualifications and Skills
At least 5 year of dental experience in fixed restorations and buildup
Waxer Technician
You will follow dentists’ detailed written instructions to create fixed restorations that are both attractive and functional. These restorations include crowns, bridges and veneers.

- Waxing, seal margin, and sprue understructures, full cast;
- Maintain a neat and clean workspace
Metal Technician
You will follow dentists’ detailed written instructions to create fixed restorations that are both attractive and functional. These restorations include crowns, bridges and veneers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Team player who:
- Creates porcelain restorations –
- Investing and Casting, recover, sandblast, and cut off and weigh; Finishing, polish, and clean up understructures, full cast;
- Maintain a neat and clean workspace
Delivery Driver
You will be delivering and picking up cases from the dentists on a daily basis. You will be required to dress neatly and be courteous with the dentists and their staff.

Team player who:
- Has excellent driving record and valid CA driving license
- Conscientious and sensitive to time deadlines
- Good English-speaking skills
